Payment Terms for an assessment certificate

About the Workpermit.com Assessment Certificate
The fees for an assessment certificate are non-refundable. This is the case whether or not we choose to issue you with a certificate based on the information you provide to us. However, should an employer instructs us to obtain a permit for them to employ you, we will pay you £50. We will refund the £30 and pay you an extra £20 to thank you for bringing us some business!
If you or your employer use any of our services to obtain a visa or work permit we will normally refund the £30 charge for the certificate or take this amount off the fees we charge. You will also benefit from the no win/no fee guarantee in respect of our fees that we offer for the vast majority of the cases we deal with.
We would ask you to note the following:
1. Workpermit.com can never be certain whether or not you will benefit from the Assessment Certificate. It is normally advisable for you to do your own research as well to verify the demand for your services in a particular Country.
2. You should make sure that you meet the requirements for a particular visa or work permit before applying for a certificate. It should be noted that in most Countries you are unlikely to be granted a work permit or work visa unless you are in a highly skilled occupation or at management level.
3. We will deal with your request for an assessment certificate within five working days. However, it may take considerably longer than that for you to receive the certificate. The time it takes for you to obtain a certificate will vary depending on where you live and the postal service in both the UK and abroad. If you live outside the UK you should allow at least two weeks for receipt of a certificate. If you have not received a certificate within one month we will be happy to send you a replacement certificate.
4. If you would like to obtain a certificate as a matter of urgency please contact accounts@workpermit.com and we will give you a quote for delivery by courier.
If you do find a job a consultant will usually be prepared to spend time discussing your case with you without charging any additional fees for this.
Residents of the European Union
Please note that if you are resident in the European Union then an additional 17.5% will be added to the consultation to cover UK Government VAT payments. For your records please be advised that the Workpermit.com VAT registration number is 452 5145 64.
